Product Overview
The AVX multilayer ceramic capacitors with EIA class II, X5R dielectric material are high capacitance ceramic chip capacitors used in general purpose applications. This multilayer ceramic capacitor is a monolithic block of ceramic containing two sets of offset, interleaved planar electrodes that extend to two opposite surfaces of the ceramic dielectric. These capacitors are well suited for decoupling and filtering applications.
- Capacitance value ranges from 100pF to 100μF
- EIA 0101, 0201, 0402, 0603, 0805, 1206, 1210, 1812 case sizes available
- Rated voltage of 4V, 6.3V, 10V, 16V, 25V, 35V, 50V, 100VDC
- ±10% and ±20% tolerance
- Nickel and tin plated terminations
- Operating temperature range from -55˚C to +85˚C
