The U1232A-REFURB from Keysight Technologies is a true RMS 6000 count handheld digital multimeter. The U1230 series work best even if it’s dark, noisy or dangerous with features that anticipate worse case scenarios but make everyday tasks easier. Using just one hand, it can illuminate the test area with its built-in flashlight while measure and change or choose measuring functions. It can safely detect hot wires and easily make continuity measurements in noisy environments using the unique combination of beeping alert and blinking display/LED. Whatever the working conditions it can be covered. It measures DCV from 600mV to 600V, ACV (RMS) 600mV to 600V, 600 ohm to 60Mohm resistance, 60µA to 10A DCI, 60µA to 10A ACI, frequency range from 99.99Hz to 99.99KHz and capacitance range from 1000nF to 10mF.
