E2678B is a differential socket probe head can be used to measure either differential or single-ended signals via a plug-on socket connection. InfiniiMax single-ended/differential socketed probe head and accessories. Includes 48 full bandwidth damping resistors, 6 damped wire accessories, 4 square pin sockets and socket heat shrink.
- E2678B is a replacement of E2678A
- 12GHz bandwidth
- Low loading, different input capacitance <lt/> = 270fF
- 4” lead length for reaching into tight spaces such as DIMM socket
