FT-6 is a flaring and insertion tool. It is designed to facilitate the expansion of cable. This flaring tool is the perfect tool for spreading COAX cable jackets, which allows easy insertion of F connectors. Made of heat treated carbon steel with a black oxide finish for maximum durability and cold weather functionality.
- Flaring end of tool is used for RG6 and Quad RG6 cables
- Blue handle color, 4 1/4” length
- Dimension is 4.46 x 1.11 x 1.11inch
- Perfect for use on polyethylene jacketed, plenum, tri-shield, and quad-shield RG6 cables
- Alleviates bunching of aluminum foil behind the connector, providing easy F connector installation
- Insertion end of tool is used for RG6, RG59, and RG11 F connectors
