The DSEI2X101-06A is a Fast Recovery Epitaxial Diode (FRED) features planar passivated chip, very short recovery time, Avalanche voltage rated for reliable operation and soft reverse recovery for low EMI/RFI. Suitable for anti-saturation, snubber and free wheeling diode.
