TLE49611MXTSA1 is a high precision automotive bipolar hall effect latch in a 3 pin SOT-23 package. It is designed specifically for highly accurate applications with superior supply voltage capability, operating temperature range and temperature stability of the magnetic thresholds.

- Operation from unregulated power supply
- Reverse polarity protection (-18V)
- Overvoltage capability up to 42 V without external resistor
- Output overcurrent and overtemperature protection
