ASK single conversion receiver version 3.0 suitable for keyless entry systems, remote control systems, alarm systems and low bitrate communication systems application.
- Low supply current (Is = 4.8mA typ. at 868MHz, Is = 4.6mA typ. at 434MHz)
- Power down mode with very low supply current (50 nA typ)
- Fully integrated VCO and PLL synthesizer
- RF input sensitivity <lt/> – 107dBm
- Selectable frequency ranges around 868-870MHz and 433-435MHz
- Selectable reference frequency
- Limiter with RSSI generation, operating at 10.7MHz
- 2nd order low pass data filter with external capacitors
- Data slicer with self-adjusting threshold
