EVALTDA388261VOUTTOBO1 is an evaluation board to evaluate TDA38826 synchronous buck regulator, providing a compact, high-performance, and flexible solution in a small 3 mm x 4 mm QFN package. Key features offered by the TDA38826 include internal soft-start, precision 0.9V reference voltage, power good, thermal protection, programmable switching frequency in the range of 600kHz to 1MHz, enable input, input undervoltage lockout (UVLO) for proper start-up, latched-off overvoltage protection (OVP), latched off overcurrent protection (OCP), and pre-bias start-up.
- VIN = +12V, VOUT = +1V at 0 to20A
- FSW = 600kHz/800kHz/1000kHz
- L = 220nH
- CIN = 10x22µF (25V, ceramic 0805) + 1x2.2µF (25V, ceramic 0805) + 1x330µF (25V, electrolytic, opt)
- COUT = 10 x 47µF (6.3V, ceramic 0805) + 1 x 2.2µF (6.3V, ceramic 0805)
- PCB is a six-layer board using FR4 material
