ESD106B1W0201E6327XTSA1 is a bi-directional TVS device. ESD / transient protection according to IEC61000-4-2 (ESD): ±15KV (air) / ±12KV (contact), IEC61000-4-4 (EFT): ±1.5 KV / ±30 A (5/50 ns), IEC61000-4-5 (Surge): ±1.5 A (8/20 μs). Tailored for ESD protection and capacitance sensitive applications like super high speed interface and RF antenna.
- Peak pulse power of 15W, peak pulse current is ±1.5A
- Bi-directional maximum working voltage: VWM = ±5.5 V
- Line capacitance: CL = 0.13pF at f = 2.5GHz
- Clamping voltage: Vcl = 25V at ITLP = 16A with Rdyn = 1.1ohm
- Very low leakage current: IL <lt/> 1nA (typical)
- Small form factor SMD size 0201, low profile (0.58 x 0.28 x 0.15 mm3 )
- Operating junction temperature range from -55 to +125°C
