- 4KByte flash, 256Byte SRAM, switch mode pump
- Switch mode pump, 4 digital blocks, 6 analog blocks, 24 digital I/O pins
- 10 analog inputs, 2 analog outputs, XRES pin
- 8 × 8 multiply, 32-bit accumulate, low power at high speed
- Operating voltages down to 1.0V using on-chip switch mode pump (SMP)
- Supply voltage range from 2.4 to 5.25V (-40°C <lt/> TA <lt/> 85°C)
- Programmable gain amplifiers (PGAs), programmable filters and comparators
- 8- to 32-bit timers and counters, 8- and 16-bit pulse-width modulators (PWMs)
- Cyclical redundancy check (CRC) and pseudo random sequence (PRS) modules
- 28-pin SSOP package, industrial temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
