BGA616H6327XTSA1 is a broadband matched general purpose MMIC amplifier in a Darlington configuration. It is optimized for a typical supply current of 60mA. It is based on Infineon Technologies’ B7HF silicon germanium technology. It is used in applications such as driver amplifiers for GSM/PCS/SCDMA/UMTS, broadband amplifiers for SAT-TV and LNBs, and broadband amplifiers for CATV.
- Cascadable 50 ohm-gain block, absolute stable
- Output power at 1dB gain compression is 18dBm typical
