Product Overview
BGA616H6327XTSA1 is a broadband matched general purpose MMIC amplifier in a Darlington configuration. It is optimized for a typical supply current of 60mA. It is based on Infineon Technologies’ B7HF silicon germanium technology. It is used in applications such as driver amplifiers for GSM/PCS/SCDMA/UMTS, broadband amplifiers for SAT-TV and LNBs, and broadband amplifiers for CATV.
- Cascadable 50 ohm-gain block, absolute stable
- Output power at 1dB gain compression is 18dBm typical
- Noise figure (ZS = 50 ohm) is 2.6dB typical at (f = 2GHz)
- 70GHz fT - Silicon Germanium technology, 1kV HBM ESD protection (pin-to-pin)
