1EDN7512BXTSA1 is an EiceDRIVER™ 1EDN751x series single-channel low-side gate driver IC with 4 A source/8 A sink output stage. The pinout meets de-facto industry standards. They are made to drive logic and normal level MOSFETs like OptiMOS™ and CoolMOS™, and GaN HEMT devices. Applications include switch-mode power supplies (SMPS), power factor correction systems, DC-DC power converters, low-voltage drives and power tools, industrial power supply (SMPS, UPS), EV off-board chargers and solar micro-inverters, solar optimizers.
