35-078 is a PowerBlade™ 750 cable cutter. It features heavy-duty gears and hardened rounded blades of professional quality that minimizes cable distortion. This cutter requires minimum voltage rating of 12volts for drilling that accepts 3/8inch of drive shaft. It offers low speed RPM setting.
