804-021-07ZNU6-6EA is a series 804 QDC push-pull Mighty Mouse watertight PCB plug with resilient silicone potting for watertight seal from -40° to +70°C (1 ATM pressure differential). The 804-021 connector is identical to 800-012 but is specially sealed (“MOD-518”) and 100% tested to maintain a helium leak rate of less than 1 x 10¯⁴cc/second at one atmosphere pressure differential. Connector meets MIL-STD-810 Method 512G immersion requirements in unmated/open face condition. Suitable for helmet breakaway connector, QDC battery, missile applications and weapon interconnect, headsets, radios and other tactical applications.
