Product Overview
804-009-00ZNU12-203S is a series 804 QDC push-pull Mighty Mouse environmental PCB plug with standard potting. It features low-profile shells for minimum protrusion inside enclosure and integral board standoffs. This 804-009 series is suitable for applications where face water immersion is not a requirement. It is IP67 rated in the mated condition. Suitable for helmet breakaway connector, QDC battery, missile applications and weapon interconnect, headsets, radios and other tactical applications.

- 16 contacts, PCB socket contact type
- Aluminum alloy connector body and black chromate over zinc nickel connector body plating
- Copper alloy contact material and gold contact plating
- Quick-disconnect with canted spring coupling
- Very good EMI shielding, 37g's random vibration 300g's shock
- Mating cycles : 2000 cycle
- Breakaway connector for headsets and tactical equipment
