The GB01SLT06-214 is a silicon carbide Power Schottky Diode features temperature independent switching behaviour, superior surge current capability, extremely fast switching speed and improved circuit efficiency. It is used in power factor correction, switched-mode power supply (SMPS), solar inverters, wind turbine inverters, motor drives, induction heating, uninterruptible power supply (UPS) and high voltage multipliers.
