Product Overview
The DG441DY+ is an improved quad SPST analogue switch in 16 pin NSOIC package. This device features low on-resistance matching between switch (4ohm max) and on-resistance flatness over the signal range (9ohm max) and low on-resistance switch conduct equally well in either direction. This switch is used in sample and hold circuits, heads-up displays, guidance & control systems, military radios, PBX, PABX and battery operated systems.
- Supply voltage range from 10V to 30V, ±4.5V to ±20V
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- Four normally closed (NC) switches
- Plug-in upgrade for industry standard
- Maximum improved charge injection of 10pC
- Improved off leakage current over temperature (< 5nA at +85°C)
- Withstand electrostatic discharge (2000V min) per method 3015.7
- Maximum RDS(ON) of 80 ohm at 25°C and single supply, low power consumption of 1.65mW
- Rail to rail signal handling
- TTL/CMOS logic compatible
