IRL7472L1TRPBF is a 40V single N-channel StrongIRFET™ power MOSFET in a DirectFET™ L8 package. It is optimized for low RDS(on) and high current capability. The device is ideal for low-frequency applications requiring performance and ruggedness. The comprehensive portfolio addresses a broad range of applications including DC motors, battery management systems, inverters, and DC-DC converters. Application includes brushed motor drive applications, BLDC Motor drive applications, battery-powered circuits, half-bridge and full-bridge topologies, synchronous rectifier applications, resonant mode power supplies, OR-ing and redundant power switches, DC/DC and AC/DC converters, DC/AC inverters.
