Product Overview
BTS4880RAUMA1 is a eight channel, smart power high-side switch. This N-channel vertical power FET with charge pump, ground referenced CMOS or VBB/2 compatible input and common diagnostic feedback, monolithically integrated in Smart SIPMOS® technology. It provides embedded protective function. It is used in output driver for industrial applications, all type of resistive, inductive and capacitive loads, µc or optocoupler compatible power switch for 24VDC application, replaces electromechanical relay and discrete circuits.
- Short circuit protection, maximum current internally limited
- Overload protection, input protection, overload protection (including load pump)
- Undervoltage shutdown with auto restart and hysteresis
- Switching inductive loads, thermal shutdown with restart
- Thermal independence of separate channels, ESD protection
- Very low standby current, reverse battery protection
- Programmable input for CMOS or Vbb/2
- Common diagnostic output (current output) for overtemperature
- ARC qualified, 11 to 45V operating voltage
- Storage temperature range from -55°C to 150°C, 36-pin SOIC package
