The MAX6898AALT+T is an ultra-small, adjustable sequencing/supervisory circuit in 6 pin µDFN package. This is low power, voltage monitoring circuit with sequencing capability. The miniature device offers tremendous flexibility with an adjustable threshold capable of monitoring down to 0.5V and an external capacitor-adjustable time delay. It is ideal for use in power supply sequencing, reset sequencing and power switching applications. Multiple devices can be cascaded for complex sequencing applications. Ideally used at automotive, medical equipment, intelligent instruments, portable equipment, computers/servers, critical µP monitoring, set-top boxes and telecom.
- Operate from VCC of 1.5V to 5.5V
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
- 1.8% accurate adjustable threshold over temperature
- Low supply current of 10µA (typ)
