MAX4605CSE+

The MAX4605CSE+ is a 5ohm, quad, SPST, CMOS analogue switch in 16 pin NSOIC package. On-resistance is matched between switch to 0.5ohm (max) and is flat (0.5ohm max) over the specified signal range. Each switch can handle rail to rail analogue signals. This analogue switch is ideal in low distortion applications and is preferred solution over mechanical relays in automatic test equipment or in applications where current switching is required. This device has low power requirements and is more reliable than mechanical relay.

• Supply voltage range is 4.5V to 36V, ±4.5V to ±20V
• Operating temperature range from 0°C to 70°C
• Four normally open (NO) switches
• TTL/CMOS compatible control inputs
• ESD protection per method 3015.7 is <gt/> 2KV
• Maximum Off-leakage current is 2.5nA at +85°C
