ADM803 is a supervisory circuit. It monitors the power supply voltage in microprocessor system. It provide a reset output during power-up, power-down, and brownout conditions. On power-up, an internal timer holds reset asserted for 240ms. This holds the microprocessor in a reset state until conditions have stabilized. The reset comparator features built-in glitch immunity, making it immune to fast transients on VCC. It is widely used in application such as microprocessor systems, computers, controllers, intelligent instruments etc.

• Reset assertion down to 1V VC
• Open-drain active-low RESET output
• Operating voltage range is 1V to 5.5V at (TA = 0°C to 70°C)
• Reset threshold voltage is 3.08V
• Operating temperature range is −40°C to +125°C
