Product Overview
AD8620 is a very high precision JFET input amplifiers featuring ultralow offset voltage and drift, very low input voltage and current noise, very low input bias current and wide bandwidth. Unlike many JFET amplifiers, the AD8620 input bias current is low over the entire operating temperature range. Typical application include photodiode amplifiers, ATE, instrumentation, sensors and controls, high performance filters, fast precision integrators and high performance audio.
- Dual-supply operation: ±5V to ±13V
- 6 nV/√Hz low noise at f=1KHz
- 25MHz typ gain bandwidth product, 50V/μs typ slew rate, 350ns settling time to 0.01%
- 250μV max input offset voltage
- 10pA max input bias current and input offset current
- 0.8μV/°C typ offset voltage drift
- 1.8μV p-p typ voltage noise at 0.1Hz to 10Hz, 6nV/√Hz typ voltage noise density
- 5fA/√Hz typ current noise density at f = 1KHz
- 8 lead NSOIC package
- Operating temperature range from -40 to 125°C
