MP-010

MP-010 is a series MP low-cost, compact Mini-Photohelic® differential pressure switch/gauge. It combines the time proven Minihelic® II differential pressure gauge with two SPDT switching set points. The Mini-Photohelic® switch/gauge is designed to measure and control positive, negative, or differential pressures consisting of non-combustible and non-corrosive gases. gauge reading is independent of switch operation. Switching status is visible by LED indicators located on the front and rear of the gauge. Set points are adjusted with push-buttons on the back of the unit. It is used in fume hoods, dust collection, pneumatic conveying and clean room.

• Gauge reading unaffected by switch operation & will continue to read pressure even during power loss

• Barbed for 3/16˝ ID tubing (STD); 1/8˝ male NPT (optional) process connection
• 4-1/8˝ depth x 3-1/16˝ diameter size
• 2 x SPDT relays (5A at 120/240VAC resistive, 5A at 30VDC)
• Electrical connection through screw type terminal block accepts 22-12AWG wire
• Gauge face in vertical position
• Pressure limits: 30psig (2.067bar), temperature limits: 20 to 120°F (-6.7 to 49°C)
