Product Overview
The 1749 is a Ratchet Crimp Tool for crimps circular MultiMate connector pins and sockets. The conductor and insulation crimps conform to OEM specifications and are produced in one tool closure. The conductor crimps are B type, insulation crimps are oval which are produced in three cavities such as 28 to 24, 24 to 20AWG and 18 to 16AWG. A locator and wire stop are provided to orient the pins or socket during crimping. The black oxide jaw assembly ratchet controlled release ratchet set to release when a 70to 80lbs load is applied.
