Product Overview
3145 CLEAR is a clear non-flowing polydimethylsiloxane adhesive sealant with high tensile strength and elongation, enhanced thermal stability, MIL-A-46146 Group II tested. The DOWSIL™ 3145 RTV MIL-A-46146 adhesive sealant is suitable for sealing openings in modules and housings, assembly of components on PWBs, sealing in and around wired and electrical leads.
- Supplied 310ml volume in cartridge dispenser
- Non-flowing
- Room temperature cure
- High tensile/tear strength and elongation
- No mixing required
- Room temperature cure, no ovens required
- Faster in-line processing with optional heat acceleration
- Can be considered for uses with Mil Spec requirements
- 78.6g/min extrusion rate, 862Pa-sec viscosity (low shear-1/s), 168Pa-sec viscosity (high shea-10/s)
- 96.9% NVC (Non Volatile Content) and 1.10 specific gravity (cured)
