Product Overview
The ZXCT1009F is a high side current sense monitor in 3 pin SOT-23 package. This device eliminates the need to disrupt ground plane when sensing load current. It takes high side voltage developed across current shunt resistor and translates it into a proportional output current. A user defined output resistor scales the output current into a ground referenced voltage.
- Low cost and accurate high side current sensing
- Output voltage scaling
- Up to 2.5V sense voltage
- Supply voltage range from 2.5V to 20V
- Quiescent current of 4μA
- 1% typical accuracy
- Bandwidth of 2MHz at VSENSE(DC) = 100mV and RF PIN = -20dBm
- Output current of 9.98mA at VSENSE = 1V
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
