The SBR3U100LP-7 is a SBR® Super Barrier Rectifier with NiPdAu annealed over copper lead frame terminals and UL94V-0 flammability-rated moulded plastic case. The barrier rectifier features superior reverse avalanche capability, patented super barrier rectifier technology, soft and fast switching capability.
