The FZT690B is a NPN medium power high gain Bipolar Transistor offers 3A high continuous current and low equivalent ON-resistance. It delivers gain of 400 at IC is equal to 1A. It is suitable for Darlington replacement, siren drivers, DC-to-DC converters, flash gun convertors and battery powered circuits.
