007-14A-PRAE-C7 is a 007 series synchroscope. This AC synchroscope measures and displays the frequency difference between two power sources. Monitoring the display allows the user to connect two synchronized AC power systems together. This can help prevent the potential damage caused by connecting two unsynchronized power sources. The ANSI rotary synchroscope complies with UL approved E203000 and ANSI C39.1 standards. Applications include switchgear, distribution systems, energy management, process control, building management.
