Product Overview
The ES130 is a Flux-Off® water soluble Flux Remover for use with chip carriers, printed circuit boards and surface mount device pads. The Flux-Off® water soluble is a proprietary blend of powerful cleaning solvents designed to replace TMS based solvents. This defluxing agent removes R, RMA, RA and synthetic flux residues, as well as ionic and non-ionic soils. It is suitable for cleans water soluble fluxes, safe for use on water sensitive components and also cleans rosin-based flux.
