N2870A passive probe offers DC to 35MHz and 1:1 attenuation factor, making this probe ideal for low-level signal measurements. Probe densely populated IC components or surface-mount devices used in high-speed digital applications with a compact 2.5mm probe head diameter, low input capacitance, and various fine-pitch probe tip accessories. The sharp, spring-loaded probe tip keeps the probe from slipping off the device under test. Insulating IC caps helps you center small probe tip on the IC lead, so it doesn't short adjacent leads. Reduce ground inductance while easily accessing the ground with our standard flat blade ground connector and self-adhesive copper ground pad. Optional probe tip accessories provide specialized capabilities for demanding applications. Compatible with Keysight InfiniiVision and Infiniium Series oscilloscopes with 1Mohm input.
