Product Overview
55140-3M-02-A is a 55140 series small flange mounting hall effect sensor occupying only 3.22cm² board space with a choice of digital, or programmable analog outputs. Its case design enables screw or adhesive mounting and the sensor is capable of switching upto 24Vdc and 20mA. It features high switching speed upto 12KHz. It has long life, upto 20 billion operations. It is used in applications such as position and limit sensing, RPM measurement, commutation of brushless DC motors, flow metering, angle sensing, magnetic encoders.
- Magnetically operated position sensor, reverse/over voltage protection
- Vibration is 50g maximum at 50 to 2,000Hz, built in temperature compensation
- Shock is 150g maximum at 11ms ½ sine, unaffected by harsh environments
- IP67 rated
- 3-wire switch, 120 gauss sensitivity
- 11.81inch cable length, tinned leads (6.4±0.76)mm
- 2.7V to 24V operating supply voltage range
- Output high sinking/open collector, 0.4V at 20mA output low voltage
- 12.5mm nominal activate distance
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 100°C
