BGA2869,115 is a MMIC wideband amplifier with internal matching circuit in a 6-pin SOT363 plastic SMD package. Typical applications include LNB IF amplifiers and general purpose low noise wideband amplifier for frequencies between DC and 2.2GHz.

- A gain of 31.7dB at 950MHz
- Output power at 1dB gain compression = 10dBm at 950MHz
- Supply current = 24.0mA at a supply voltage of 5.0V
- Reverse isolation > 39dB up to 2150MHz
- Good linearity with low second order and third order products
