Product Overview
DEMOBOARDBTF3050TETOBO1 is a BTF3050TE demo board which is a small PCB (85mm x 70mm) where a BTF3050TE sample is already mounted. An integrated voltage regulator provides a stable 5V to the device supply pin. The SRP resistor selector allows the user to control the device’s Slew Rate. LEDs show the device status.
- Driving one 12V DC resistive, capacitive or inductive load
- Supporting PWM < 20kHz (via external signal generator)
- Additional equipment needed: Ix 12V power supply, Ix signal generator
