Product Overview
Dual channel 0.5Amp output current IGBT gate drive optocoupler. It is suitable for Isolated IGBT/MOSFET gate drive, AC and brushless dc motor drives, industrial inverters, Switch Mode Power Supplies (SMPS) and Uninterruptable Power Supplies (UPS) applications.
- 0.6A maximum and 0.5 A minimum peak output current
- 15KV/µs minimum Common Mode Rejection (CMR) at VCM = 1500V
- Under Voltage Lock-Out protection (UVLO) with hysteresis
- Wide operating VCC range: 15 to 30V
- 0.5µs maximum propagation delay
- Channel one to channel two output isolation = 1500VRMS/1 min
- UL recognized (UL1577)
- VIORM = 891 Vpeak CSA certified
