Product Overview
AUV3-SQ62-0RT0K is a 3W 3535 surface-mount UV LED. It is an energy-efficient LED that can be driven with high currents and can dissipate heat efficiently, resulting in higher reliability. Its low-profile package design addresses a wide variety of applications where superior robustness and high efficiency are required. This is packaged with ceramic-based materials, and the quartz lens on top of the package provides the product longevity needed for the respective end applications. Typical applications include industrial curing, photocatalyst purification, medical applications, and horticulture.

- Compatible with the reflow soldering process
- 60° viewing angle at TJ=25°C, IF=700mA
- 365nm typical peak wavelength at TJ=25°C, IF=700mA

- Operating temperature range from -40 to +100°C
