The ACSL-6400-50TE is a truly isolated, multi-channel and bi-directional, High-speed Optocoupler. Integration of multiple optocoupler in monolithic form is achieved through patented process technology. This device provide full duplex and bi-directional isolated data transfer and communication capability in compact surface mount packages. This high channel density make it ideally suited to isolating data conversion device, parallel buses and peripheral interfaces.
- 3 to 5.5V Wide supply voltage range
- 15Mbaud Typical, 10Mbaud minimum high-speed
- 10kV/µs Minimum common mode rejection (CMR) at VCM=1000V
- LSTTL/TTL compatible
