The PTVS15 series high-current bidirectional TVS Diode designed for use in high power DC bus clamping applications. It offers bidirectional port protection and is available with standoff voltage ratings of 58 and 76V. It will meet IEC 61000-4-5 8/20μs current surge requirements.
