The CDSOT23-SRV05-4 is a Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Array Diode for surge and ESD protection applications. Bourns® chip diode conforms to JEDEC standard, is easy to handle on standard pick and place equipment and their flat configuration minimizes roll away.
