Product Overview
The Bourns CAY16 series are chip resistor arrays with convex terminals. The Resistance range includes E24 and E96 decade values from 10 ohm to 1Mohm. Chip arrays are low cost and minimize space on board.
- Available with 2, 4 and 8 isolated resistors
- EIA 0606, 1206, 2406, 1506 case sizes available
- Rated voltage of 50V (25V for CAY16-J8)
- Package power rating is 0.250W at 70°C
- Power rating is 0.0625W/resistor at 70°C
- Available in ±1% and ±5% tolerance
- Temperature coefficient is resistance (TCR) is ±200ppm/°C
- Operating temperature range from -55°C to 125°C
