Product Overview
The TPS series from AVX are low ESR tantalum capacitors. These are robust Mn02 solid electrolyte capacitors with an ESR as low as 80mohm makes it suitable for smoothing and filtering on 3.3V power rail of general medium power DC/DC converters. These capacitors are available in 14 EIA metric case sizes of 3216-18, 3528-21, 6032-28, 7343-31, 7343-43, 6032-20, 2012-15, 2012-12, 3216-12, 3528-12, 7361-38, 6032-15, 7343-15 and 7343-20. Device with high capacitance can also be used as battery support in handheld devices where small size is one of the key design requirements.
- Capacitance value range from 0.15μF to 1500μF
- Available in ±10% and ±20% tolerance values
- 2.5VDC, 4VDC, 6.3VDC, 10VDC, 16VDC, 20VDC, 25VDC, 35VDC and 50VDC rated voltages available
- Operating temperature range from -55°C to +125°C
- Pure tin, tin and gold plating terminations
