10311 is a 5" stainless steel chain nose smooth extra long plier with ESD safe grip. Ideal for forming, bending and precision assembly work. ESD safe grips provides protection against static as well as extra comfort for repetitive work. Mirror finished stainless steel (400 series) provides superior rust protection compared with standard carbon steel pliers.
