MAX9938WEUK+T

The MAX9938WEUK+T is a nanoPower precision current sense amplifier in 5 pin SOT-23 package. This voltage output, high side, 200V/V gain, current sense amplifier offers precision accuracy specifications of VOS less than 500µV (maximum), gain error less than 0.5% (maximum) and ultra low quiescent supply current of 1µA making the part ideal for applications in notebook computers, cell phones, PDAs and all battery operated portable devices where accuracy, low quiescent current and small size are critical.

• Input common mode voltage range form +1.6V to +28V
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
• Common mode rejection ratio of amplifier is 130dB at 1.6V < VRS+ < 28V, -40°C < TA < +85°
• Small signal bandwidth is 15KHz at VSENSE = 50mV, gain = 200
• Input offset voltage is ±100µV at TA = +25°C
• Gain error is ±0.1% at TA = +25°C, output resistance is 20Kohm
• OUT low voltage is 12mV, OUT high voltage is 0.1V (VOH = (VRS-) - VOUT)
