MAX633ACPA+

The MAX633ACPA+ is a fixed/adjustable Output, step-up switching regulators in 8 pin DIP package. This device preset output is 15V, step-up DC to DC converter for use in low power, high efficiency switching regulator applications. It has an on-chip low battery detection circuitry and a charge pump output for generating a negative voltage in dual supply applications. This device can be set to other output voltages by adding an external voltage divider.

• 80% typical efficiency
• Charge pump for negative output
• Switching frequency of 50kHz (typ)
• Operating current of 135μA
• Operating temperature range from -0°C to 70°C
