Product Overview
The MAX4636EUB+ is a fast, low voltage, dual 4ohm SPDT CMOS analogue switch in 10 pin µMAX package. This single pole/double-throw SPDT analogue switch operates with supply voltages from +1.8V to +5.5V. It uses little board space and has low power consumption ensuring minimal impact on your power budget. The analogue signal range extends to the supply rails. IC has an inverted logic compared to MAX4635. High switching speeds, 1ohm on-resistance flatness and low power consumption makes this device ideal for communications, audio/video signal routing and battery operated devices.
- On-resistance (RON) of 5.5ohm at +3V supply, 4ohm (max) +5V supply
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- RON matching between channels is 0.2ohm max at +5V supply
- Flatness over signal range is 1ohm (max) with +5V supply
- Fast switching speed of 14ns (max) turn-on time, 6ns (max) turn-off time at 5V supply
- Rail to rail signal handling
- Low crosstalk of -67dB at 1MHz
- High off isolation of -65dB at 1MHz
- Total harmonic distortion is 0.1%
