Product Overview
LT®6231 is a dual low noise, rail-to-rail output unity-gain stable op amp. Typical applications include ultrasound amplifiers, low noise low power signal processing, active filters, driving A/D converters and rail-to-rail buffer amplifiers.
- Wide supply range: 3V to 12.6V
- Output swings rail-to-rail
- Gain-bandwidth product: 200MHz typ at f = 1MHz, VS = 5V
- Slew rate: 60V/µs typ at VS = 5V, AV = –1, RL = 1K, VO = 1.5V to 3.5V
- 115dB typ CMRR at VS = 5V, VCM = 1.5V to 4V and 115dB typ PSRR at VS = 3V to 10V
- 3.15mA typ supply current per amplifier
- 1.1nV/√Hz typ input noise voltage density at f = 10KHz, VS = 5V
- 1pA/√Hz typ input noise current density ( balanced source)
- 8 lead NSOIC package
