LT1493 is a quad, low power, single supply precision op-amp. Typical applications include precision instrumentation, high accuracy data acquisition systems, 16bit DAC current-to-voltage converter, ADC buffer, low distortion active filters and photodiode amplifiers.

• Wide supply voltage range: 2.5V to 36V
• Gain-bandwidth product: 4.5MHz typ at f = 100KHz, VS = 5V, TA = 25°C
• Slew rate: 1.8V/µs typ at AV = -2, VS = 5V, TA = 25°C
• Supply current per amplifier: 425µA typ at VS = 5V, TA = 25°C
• Input offset voltage:180µV max, input offset current: 20nA max, input bias current: 100nA max
• 17.3nV/√Hz typ I/P noise voltage density and 0.78pA/√Hz typ I/P noise current density at fO = 10Hz
• 4.35V typ maximum output swing at loutput high, no Load, TA = 25°C
• 16 lead SOIC package
• Operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
