Product Overview
HMC942LP4E is a x2 active broadband frequency multiplier utilizing GaAs pHEMT technology. The HMC942LP4E is ideal for use in LO multiplier chains for Pt-to-Pt & VSAT Radios yielding reduced parts count vs. traditional approaches. Typical application includes clock generation applications SONET OC-192 & SDH ST M-64, point-to-point and VSAT radios, test instrumentation, military and space, sensors.
- Input frequency range from 12.5 to 15.0GHz (TA = +25°C, Vdd = +4.5V, +4dBm)
- Output frequency range from 25 to 30GHz (TA = +25°C, Vdd = +4.5V, +4dBm, 12.5 to 15.0GHz)
- Output power is 21dBm (typ, TA = +25°C, Vdd = +4.5V, +4dBm, 12.5 to 15.0GHz)
- Fo isolation (with respect to output level) is 55dBc (12.5 to 15.0GHz, TA = +25°C)
- Input return loss is 12dB (typ, TA = +25°C, Vdd = +4.5V, +4dBm)
- Output return loss is 12dB (typ, TA = +25°C, Vdd = +4.5V, +4dBm)
