Product Overview

HMC347ALP3E is a broadband high isolation non-reflective GaAs pHEMT SPDT switch. Covering DC to 14GHz, the switch offers high isolation and low insertion loss. Typical application includes base station infrastructure, fiber optics and broadband telecom, microwave radio and VSAT, military radios, radar and ECM, test instrumentation.

  • Non-reflective design
  • Insertion loss is 1.5dB (typ, DC - 3.0GHz, TA = +25°C)
  • Isolation is 54dB (typ, DC - 3.0GHz, TA = +25°C, with 0/-5V control)
  • Return loss RFC is 17dB (typ, DC - 6.0GHz, “on state”, TA = +25°C)
  • Return loss RF1, RF2 is 26dB (typ, DC - 6.0GHz, TA = +25°C)
  • Input power for 1dB compression is 29dBm (typ, 0.5 - 14.0GHz, TA = +25°C)
  • Input third order intercept (two-tone input power= +7dBm each tone) is 47dBm (typ)
  • Switching characteristics is 2ns (typ, DC - 14GHz, tRISE, tFALL (10/90% RF), TA = +25°C)
  • QFN SMT package, operating temperature range from -55 to +85°C
